By purchasing or using any Tough Gear product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All products are intended for general outdoor and work use unless otherwise stated.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in NZD and include GST unless specified. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by location or courier delays.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Warranty
Tough Gear products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care is not covered.
Liability
Tough Gear is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from improper use of our products. Always follow safety instructions and use gear responsibly.
